Key policy highlights

• Order processing: Orders are freshly packed and processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays).
• Estimated delivery timeline:
  • Andhra Pradesh & Telangana: 2 to 4 business days.
  • Rest of South India: 3 to 5 business days.
  • Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.
• Shipping charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package weight and delivery location. Free shipping offers, if active, will automatically apply at checkout.
• Leak-proof packaging: Pickles are sealed in food-grade, airtight pouches/containers and packed with multi-layer protective materials to prevent spillage or breakage during transit.
• Order tracking: Once dispatched, live tracking information and the courier partner details will be sent to your registered email/phone number via SMS or WhatsApp.
• Damaged or leaking packages: If your package arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos at support@srimahalakshmipickles.com for a replacement or resolution.
• Delivery address: Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. Re-delivery fees may apply if packages are returned due to incomplete address details or recipient unavailability.
