Refund & Return Policy

At Sri Mahalakshmi Pickles, as we sell perishable food items, returns are strictly limited for hygiene and safety.

Non-returnable: Opened or delivered food products cannot be returned.
Damaged / wrong item: Eligible for a full refund or free replacement.
Reporting time: Must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Proof required: Unboxing video or photo showing the issue and shipping label.
Refund time: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method in 5 to 7 days.
Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
